So it's the first time I've personally SH so deep. Is a 2mm depth cut something that needs stitches? I see a white layer

Relapsing after an extended amount of time of being clean is so scary. Every time I try to be clean I end up harming myself worse than before. It started of small and now for the first time I see a white layer of skin.

It's the first time I harmed during the day, I usually do it at night, now there's so much blood like how tf do I clean ts up quickly ToT thank god it's cold so I can cover it up with long clothes and it's almost stopped :')
