Slate AX can't run normal 2.4ghz and guest 2.4ghz networks at same time?

I was trying to setup a guest network for some IOT devices as I read thats whats best for security.

And everything seemed fine initially. But then after a minute or two both networks (or the whole router itself not sure) crashes. The networks vanish and the router seems to reboot.

I connect to the 5ghz and disable the regular 2.4ghz leaving only the guest 2.4ghz and everything seems to be just fine.

I'm going to be digital nomading/moving abroad. And one of the major tips before expatriation is temporarily moving to a no income tax state to avoid future tax issues. Especially if you're originally from California.

So before moving abroad I want to live for a short time somewhere in Texas to properly establish residency. Someplace with cheaper rents (whether rooms or whole apartments). An area survivable without a car (Uber, transit, walking). Someplace within transit or reasonable Uber of an airport. Does anywhere in Austin fit that description? Or do you have an idea of somewhere else in Texas that does?

Any information is appreciated. Thanks

Ps. Before anyone says South Dakota and 1 day residency I'm aware. But I want to do it in Texas for the mail forwarding service I plan on using.

Everyone seem to think very highly of the NEOS funds. SPYI and QQQI seem to be very well received and behaving in an excellent manner.

So what is going on with BTCI?

How can it drop more than the underlying its meant to track? BTCI down 29% vs BTC down 10%? Shouldn't it drop the same or even less because of the Call premiums?

I'm no expert and I'd be lying if I said I read all the fine print in the fund documents. But I was under the fundamental belief that the distributions were never more than the revenue generated from the call selling and interest from treasuries they hold.

But it seems they are actually eroding the NAV to do these distributions. Which is counter to how their other funds behave.

What am I missing?
