PC stuck in Bootloop
Yesterday my PC crashed. When i tried rebooting it it would show me the TUF Gaming startup picture and then go into the bootloop. I could not access the BIOS tho. After a couple of loops i managed to get into Windows repair. I tried uninstalling the recent Windows update and clicking the BIOS flashback button, but after doing so I wouldnt even see the TUF Gaming startup screen anymore. On some boot atempts the Motherboard does the beep code of 1 long 3 short, which is apparently the code for GPU issues, but it does not do it on all boot atempts. I tried reseating the RAM and i also tried reseating the GPU but I think the GPU too big for the Motherboard so i cant reach the release latch and am thus unable to reseat it. The CMOS Battery is also obstructed by the GPU so i can not take it out.
I also managed to find out that if a Monitor is conected the PC always goes into a boot loop very quickly but if it isn`t it sometimes takes a while.
I am a bit at loss here on how to proceed or what to even to anymore. At this point Iguess it is a faulty GPU or PSU but how do I even find out?
