Quitting after 4 weeks

Been on 25mg for 2 weeks and 50mg for 2 but been getting weird symptoms like spaced out feeling, ear pressure, sleep disturbances, pebble stools that causes constipation. Sometimes very fatigue and no motivation to do anything. My mood has been fluctuating a lot. Although it has kept my anxiety in check, I can’t shake off the side effects and it’s really stressing me out.

I visited my Psychiatrist today. I told her I have still been experiencing detachment from reality feeling, like I’m spaced out and sounds are muffled or soft at times. I’ve also been experiencing headaches, especially if stressed. Sleep been 6 hrs on average instead my usual 7-8 hrs. Ever since upping the dose to 50mg two weeks ago, I started getting pebble poop. Anxiety has been controlled, not really edgy or panicky.

She suggested to continue for two more weeks to see if the side effects would get better. Also told me to drink more water and try to sleep more. Anyone has similar experiences?

I need an advise, I have slight lower levels of results and my doctor said it’s weird how it came out. He said if I’m deficient the TIBC should be high.

I took my blood test at 4PM.

It’s my week 4 on Zoloft. 2 weeks on 25mg then 50mg now. I’m still experiencing headaches at my constant 24/7 forehead and head tensions, especially if I’m fatigued. I’m wondering if this is normal?

When could this possible disappear?

Been 2 weeks on 25mg and 1 week on 50mg. Taking it in the morning. I have been feeling super spaced out and sounds are like muffled like I’m high or taking flu meds. I also feel dizzy for like 1 sec especially when I move my head quickly or things moving quick. I also have constant stinging headaches, usually at my forehead. I get so anxious with these symptoms.

Do you think I should just stop with the SSRIs? I took Lexapro and Brintellix already and no luck. 😭

Recently raised my dose to 50mg. I take it in the morning and found myself feeling sleepy during the day but can’t sleep well at night, getting 3-4 hrs of sleep then waking up. I’m wondering if taking at night would be better.

Any tips on this?
