Game stutters cpu too hot

Edit* Ok cpu temps aren’t issue. Need Solution for Game Stutters

I know very little about pc but I made sure to do research before buying everything. But maybe I still did something wrong.

So I just built my first pc a couple days ago. Everything went smoothly since it was able to power on. But when I try to play a game like Fortnite it stutters like crazy. And using msi afterburner to look at the cpu temps it’s always going over 100. Like 130-140 degrees f. And idle temps are like 80-90f

I’ve installed a new cpu cooler and it didn’t seem to help. I’ve updated motherboard bios to support my cpu, and updated gpu drivers.

I know nothing about pcs so I’m at a loss. I’ve looked at many videos to figure out a solution but haven’t found anything

Ryzen 9 5900xt
GeForce rtx 5070 12gb
B550m-hdv motherboard
Corsair vengeance rgb pro 32gb 2x16 ddr4 3200
Crucial p310 m.2 2280 2tb
Windows 11
Pc case came with pre installed fans

I’ve checked part picker to make sure they were compatible. And the only thing part picker mentioned was needing to update the bios so it could support my cpu. The only thing I’ve changed was the cpu cooler
Any help is appreciated.

So it’s been a couple weeks since a bunch of my cameras and some other smart devices went out. Only two cameras have stayed connected to my WiFi but the others have refused to connect or detect my WiFi. Am I doing something wrong? Why do the two cameras still work while the others refuse to connect???!

The 2 working cameras are the essential pan tilt camera

The ones that don’t work are the essential spot light
the 2nd gen doorbell
And the essential indoor camera

I use xfinity wifi and I’ve tried splitting the 2.4 and 5g wifi and that didn’t do anything.
