Jadi gw punya hardisk eksternal, merk WD 512 GB. Sekarang kondisinya nggak bisa diakses sama sekali di laptop, tiba tiba ada error ini :

G:\ is unavailable. If the location is on this PC, make sure the device or drive is connected or the disc is inserted, and then try again. If the location is on a network, make sure you're connected to the network or Internet, and then try again. If the location still can't be found, it might have been moved or deleted.

Waktu dicek di disk management, munculnya disk 1 is unknown and not initialized. Terus dia juga nunjukin disk space nya unallocated.

Hardisk nya juga udah dicek terus nggak ada bad part di hardisk. Tapi kalau dihubungin lewat OTG ke hp android (Redmi Note 9), datanya masih bisa diakses sama dibuka. Udah pernah nyoba pindahin datanya ke hp tapi kadang gagal juga buat mindahin filenya.

Ada saran kan buat akses hardisknya? Atau datanya udah lost terus harus dibawa ke tempat servis hardisk?

I had this external hardisk that may have some unique problem. I can access the data on the hardisk through OTG cable in android phone. But, when I connect the hardisk in the laptop, it show some error which read like this,

When I check the hardisk though disk management on laptop, it shows that the disk 1 is unknown and not initialized. It also shows the space which around 465 GB that are unallocated.

I also had this hardisk checked and it shows the hardisk health is in good condition and there are no bad part on the hardisk.

Is there any advice on how to access the hardisk? Or should I get the hardisk checked out in the hardisk repair services.
