This might feel random, but I’m interested in transitioning from public relations to project management. I’m regularly managing client projects and juggling tons of responsibilities all while working on tight deadlines and across teams, so I feel like I might have some relevant experience. I don’t have any direct PM experience though, so open to any advice. I have 6 years of experience and lots of growth in my agency experience. TYIA!
