I just redid the suspension on my car and now it starts but immediately dies unless I'm on the gas, it gives me p0113, I checked the iat sensor and its reading 1.8k ohms and changes with heat/cooling so I think its good, but the wiring connecting to it is only at 0.6v.. can one of you guys check it on your car to see what it reads? Its a little bit tricky to probe but if you remove the top of it with a flat head its easier to access

2003 civic 200k miles, car is running very weak and shuts off after a while, I checked the iat sensor and the ohms were 1.8k so then I checked the connector and it's 0.6, is the wiring a damaged or al I doing something wrong
