What skill set does an Electronics Engineer need to have?

Hello, I recently completed 5th semester in Electronics Engineering at an IOE constituent campus. To be very honest I took Electronics because I could not get Computer, but I am also enjoying IoT and Electronics stuff. But I cannot stop to think that there is no further prospects of core Electronics skills in Nepal that could get me to a better life.

So, what set of skills are necessary for me to get a good job after passing out.

I like to try different things but cannot really learn a particular thing completely being undisciplined.
I am kind of jack of all trades kind of situation. I know little bit of web development, little bit of UI/UX, little bit of AI, little bit of hardware and IoT stuffs, little bit of PCB making, little bit of ROS. I am also interested in communications if that gets me somewhere better.

Now at this point I cannot really figure out what should I really focus apart from regular engineering exams. I don't have much problem with passing the regular exams but I regularly feel that I am not doing enough to be actually a better pass out and establish myself on job market, if that exists unfortunately...
