Anyone before tried early entry VIP in PH Arena how was it? Planning to take the Early Entry VIP Package. Anyone also planning solo floor standing?

This sucks. I started to resell books and this what happens. I sold a bundle of books 13 set but after the buyer received it it showed na basa na yung mga books. She was blaming it on me nabasa daw yung two paper bag pero hindi naman daw nabasa yung eco bag. I would freakin testify on court na tuyong tuyo yung books, eco bag, and paper bag (Which was neatly folded in my storage) before handing it out to the rider. Then after an hour sasabihin basa?
I called the rider but he said wala daw kasabay and secured daw sa top box niya. So it's either one of us is freaking lying and that's not me.
PS: Full refunded the buyer, which I verified na reseller din. Is this how book seller play in the business? Pwede naman ibalik ng hindi na dadamage yung book.
