I never used to have HA, infact I was the complete opposite. But recently I watched my dad who I was very close with, pass from a terminal illness, and now my entire view of life, death and just everything has changed. It feels like it has changed who I am, like it's all I am now. I read into to EVERYTHING. I get checked alot. I have had so many tests done. Nothing is wrong of course, but I still overthink constantly.
Through research I have learned there is a correlation between grief, health anxiety and how it can effect you, but I wonder why doesn't it seem to be talked about more?
