I was on my way to my grandma's house in my mum's car when I saw this black gym on the way. Is it some kind of Team Rocket related stuff or is it just me?

First time showing any of my doodling shenanigans on any platform of social media... Usually I only just share them physically or just in texts but I think I should make the public decide on how to improve stuff so uh here goes
