Title. I told a team lead I planned on using my time today to leave two hours before my shift ended and she told I’d still be held accountable for my performance and efficiency even if I use time. I’m not sure what that means or if it’s even allowed? I can’t get pointed for leaving if I use ppto, so what could she mean by this and should I report it?
