And I'm both sad and nervous.
This is my first Lenovo Legion, and first gaming laptop in 6 years. I baby the beast like one of my own, and am genuinely extremely knowledgeable with hardware, software, driver, bios settings etc.
The issue: today laptop would turn on, but with completely black screen, and would cycle reboot (would never post, couldn't F2 into BIOS, and no response (light) with CAPSLOCK/NUMLOCK input keys.
The day before, my audio output/input hardware disappeared. I thought it was a driver issue from a recent windows update, so I recovered to last windows update install. Update did not fix the audio issue, so I just shutdown the laptop as normal. I'm assuming at this point, the audio output hardware disappearing is somehow attached to this as a motherboard issue.
At this point, I've tried soft resetting, external monitors, even windows boot disc, but can't get past the no post of death.
Fortunately, still within my warranty period...hopefully this is one of those <1% issues and will won't be repeatable.
