Sorry for the novice question but my sprinkler set us is pretty simple on a small property right now just running off battery operated hose timers. Looking for something smart that won't water when its raining, can be adjusted/monitored on phone, etc. I came across this: https://rachio.com/products/smart-hose-timer-bundle and it seems to fit the bill? any advice/recommendations? thanks in advance.
