Group Chat Etiquette

I’m in a group chat with 12 people. Last week, one of the ladies “A” said she had 3 extra tickets to a show on a particular date. Over the course of 2 days, she received 3 positive responses. The dates didn’t work for me so I didn’t say anything.

Here is the issue, one of the other ladies in The Chat said called me and said that “A” was upset that we all didn’t respond either way. I did see some people respond that “they can’t make it and to have a good time”. Should I have done that? She already got the 3 people going.

My mom 78, has been having medical issues with symptoms that looks like stroke. I have called 911 few times over the past 6 months. In February, I call 911 and EMS responded. One of the EMT did “evaluation in the field” and determined that she wasn’t having a stroke. He also took her pulse and it was 46. He said that reading was probably wrong “machine malfunction “. They determined she didn’t need to go to the hospital. The next day, she deteriorated and ended up in the ER with bradycardia (Heart Rate 30) and other things. She recovered after a 4 weeks hospital stay.

She was doing great until 2 weeks ago and she started feeling ill again. Two days ago, I call 911 again and the same EMT responded. He came in and his colleague start asking questions and the other EMt said “I’ve been here before, she looks stable to me and I don’t see the need for her to go to the hospital “. I told him that is not for him to determine that and insist that she be transported to the hospital. She is admitted and being treated for Sepsis.

I didn’t get the EMT name (I was up for 38hrs at that point) and I would like to report him. He has probably done this to many people. He is not a doctor and acting like one.

How do I report him? I looked on the Department of Health website but not sure where to find the complaint form.
