My package was not delivered 2 times
I ordered a package from a different country to my home address, but they did not deliver it to me and said the recipient was not found. I was literally in my room at that time and I didn't hear the doorbell. My name is not on the doorbell as there is no space to write it but it's on the letter box. So they directly sent it back! Why don't they put it in a post office nearby and I can't Even update anything regarding that package. So it went back to and I requested to re ship it and I had to pay the shipping fees again, but this time I gave the address of a post office and my Postnummer. So they can deliver it there and I will pick it up simply. But no! Today I got the same notification, the recipient not found? And they are sending it back again. I mean wtfk. It's a post office where you send and receive a package. I have collected international packages from a post office 2 times before this. So now what can I do? I can't change anything. It's so frustrating. How can I get my package? What are you supposed to do? It's so unsustainable also to send the package back that far for just a small reason. And they also don't call, there is my phone number also on my package. Please help me if someone knows what to do in this situation asap. Thank you.
