As per the title says. Worth it ba mag go-through sa ganitong set up? This would be my first time to a voice account jf ever na itutuloy ko. Outbound sya at pwede pang madagdagan ang number of calls for follow-ups. Sabi ng tropa ko na nasa BPO industry din is sobrang dami daw ng 100 calls a day.
