Removing mixed metallic spray paint + contact cement stains from fabric?

Long story short, I was in con crunch and decided to use contact cement to adhere some spray-painted 3d printed props to my cosplay, and stuff ended up falling off and smudging (next time I'm using Velcro).

The spot in the middle is pretty hard yet bendable and doesn't crack, seems like it could be peelable but doesn't seem easy to do - seriously, I thought spray paint was supposed to be brittle? The surrounding splotches are just spray paint on its own and I've found that it's easy enough to remove with rubbing alcohol and a paper towel and some patience, but the middle stubborn spot remains.

I'm fine doing harsher tests since this fabric seems fine with it, and was going to resew it anyway if this didn't end up working out. I have a convention coming up though and would prefer less effort if possible to reuse this cosplay. Any help is appreciated!

Note: I have tried diluted acetone (the fashion stuff) and 70% IPA so far. I don't have 90% IPA but can try that, and I have 100% acetone somewhere in the garage that I used for post-processing my props - so can try that when I have time.
