Hi everyone,

I wanted to share my journey because these pics have been sleeping in my phone and seeing all these cool transformations made me want to share mine.

First pic I was pretty depressed, I had a weird injury where I completely lost the strength in one of my arms and my traps on the same side was like super tense/uptight, like if a silverback gorilla had a grip on my trap, went to the doc and got pinned to make the trap loose and the pain was gone, thr strength too.

So i just stopped training (i was lifting without a plan nor a proper diet) and did absolutely nothing afterwards, no steps, no gym, just going downhill physically and mentally.

A year passed and I decided I should bounce back now that I've reached the bottom so I bought a training program I believed in and started tracking calories and macros.

Aaaaaaaand 250mg test/week for the 1st time in my life (i was 35yo here) because I was thinking "fuck it, this may help me physically and mentally"

So i went from 88kg to 75kg (194 lbs to 165 lbs) in like barely 4 months. 10k steps a day minimum, hitting my protein, 3 intense workout a week and -700kcal deficit.

You can't imagine the joy, sense of accomplishment, dopamine release (call it how you want it) when I saw my abs for the 1st time in my life. Could you btw estimate the bf with these pics? I'd say 14-15%

1m79, 75kg in these pics.

Thanks for reading !
