I have a valorant ID. The account is very old with 2FA enabled, I have a bunch of skins in the ID as well. Last night I played a few rank with my friends (5 man stack), and then went to sleep.

Today evening, my friends notice my ID was online. This was a surprise because I was away from home and my PC was off for the entire time. When I came home to check, I find that my account has been permanently suspended for use of 3rd party tools. I have no idea how or who accessed the ID or what went down. Right now, I cannot access valorant at all as it says I am "permanently suspended"

I quickly logged into riot website with my email and changed my password. I then submitted a ticket explaining the situation. But I have not received any response yet.

What else can I do to fix this?

I have an old printer at my parents house. Its an EPSON L380 printer + scanner. The problem is, whenever I try to turn it on, it does not respond. I long-press the power button, double-press, triple press, wait a few seconds then press — I have tried everything. Sometimes it randomly turns on after trying for some time, but there seems to be no "pattern" as to how I can turn it on at will.

Is there any solution to this? I just want to use the device for scanning. I even tried unplugging it, changing the power cable, keeping it connected/disconnected to my PC - everything!
