The drop rates in this event for plans I need is horrendous. I'm missing 12 plans and I keep getting the same plans/apparel over and over. I know there's no way to force the spawns, but gawdam, how do I get 12 10mm Halloween Paint before I get even 1 Princess backpack? They really could have balanced the drop rates out, maybe even lowering the rates for each item as you received another one that you've already received.
