Here are examples of requests that I’ve gotten but on the map it doesn’t show point A to point B.So I have no idea where the streets are
I’m currently 173lb at around 25% bf. Looking to cut down to 150lb while building muscle. Currently eating at 2000 cal and 150-180g of protein
For progression, doing double progression with getting all 3 sets to 10 then increasing weight starting back at 8 reps.
I’m 32M currently at 173lbs and 5’9”. I go to the gym 3-5x a week, my current routine is PPL/UL. My goal is to lose enough fat to not have love handles, then lean bulk and eventually bulk.
For the longest time I’ve been at 170–180lb with the same physique. Not sure how much weight I need to lose to no longer have love handles.
