Whenever I apply sunscreen (Korean or Indian or from US) I get horrible rash on my face with redness and non-stop itching. Tried hydrocortisone from urgent care but NOT WORKING.

Remedy tried but NOT worked - zinc ointment, diaper rash cream with 40% like desitin, nizoral shampoo mask.
All these remedies further dried skin and made it flaky.
Vaseline or cerave are burning my skin.
Korean barrier cica ampules are burning my skin.
Anything “hydration” is irritating skin and sitting on top of the skin rather than being absorbed to give elasticity. I can feel it causing more irritation than doing any good! Please please help me - no change in diet or medication.

What do I even apply to soothe it?!
