Using a cross stitch pattern on a blank canvas
I have so many drills from old kits and am looking to downsize. I converted a couple of cross stitch patterns and am stumped with how to get that pattern on a blank canvas.
I was thinking of using the light pad and have the printed design between the canvas and light pad so that it shows through and then sticking the corresponding drills on the blank canvas.
Is that the right approach?
Or do is it better to count the drills on the pattern e.g. drill A is on row 1 column 3,4 and 5 and follow along?
Wouldn't this take longer?
