A few of my buddies are looking to move to the Charleston area. We’re seeing a lot of mixed emotions surrounding many complex’s, especially most listed on apartments.com

We’ve booked a tour at bluewater at boltons landing before doing any research on it. We’ve been looking at riverland woods and the heyward as well.

If anyone has had experience living at any of these or has recommendations it would be greatly appreciated.
