I am currently running windows 11 on my pc and have recently had problems with Command Prompt. About every 20 to 30 minutes, Command Prompt opens itself, and then closes after 2-3 seconds. It closes so fast that I cannot do much investigating, but I was able to click on the window once and see that the title was a file root that was somewhere in system32. I tried to look at more information in task manager to see if I could figure out which process might be causing this, but I am still not sure. This has become a very annoying issue, because if it opens while another application is open, it pauses whatever else is happening. Are there any ideas as to what could be causing this? Or is there a different place that I can go for help?
