Rory Epp is a randomly-generated sim who has worked in the high-school cafeteria for a long time. Yesterday, my current teen sim met Leonel Epp, who appears to be Rory's son and also wears the cat ears! And the same hairstyle!
I'm imagining a weird family ritual when an Epp kid ages up to teen. Their parents bestow them with that haircut, and then, with great pomp and ceremony, they add the cat ears! 😸
I like the way this lot turned out, so I'm sharing it here! My user id is hartdv. The lot is technically a cafe, but it has workout equipment, climbing walls, showers, and so on. You can set it to a gym if you prefer. No CC, but it does use items from many packs, including kits (though not maker kits). It's in Tartosa in my game and it's meant to have a 1970s European feel! But this lot is function over form. My sims use it all the time. Maybe it will be useful to someone here too!
