Always the same in spring

Dears

I've been taking zoloft for the last 2 years and a half. I was previosly on 150 mg. Last year with the arrival of summer i suddenly felt hyperactive, nervous, with a very strong tinnitus. I solved the issue by tapering down to 100. Later this year i am experiencing the same. I tapered down to 75 mg, but in the last week the same is happening again. I have insomnia, like i do not feel the need to sleep, tinnitus without pause, and a sense of burning in my eyes, sometimes it feels like crying eyes even if I don't feel the need to. Actually it seems impossible right now. For the rest all is good, no problems in life, I eat and exercise regularly. I have spoken with my psych, but i have decreased now to 50 mg. Could it be possible that i do not need the medication anymore? I also take trazodone 75 mg in the night together with 100 mg quetiapine.
