I am working on an art project, which will include the word "damn" in a multitude of languages. There are several I can't seem to be able to verify with Google translate or DeepL. One of those is Tswana, although I am not certain if this is the correct place I need to be.

What I have found is this, but can't confirm it.

Tswana — Aitsane

I am looking for as close to the English usage of "damn" as possible. For example, someone yells "Get off the damn phone!" Or you drop and break a glass and say "damn it".

Thanks for any help!

This is what I was able go get close to, I just can't verify for certain its the right word.

Evening everyone. My first time here, so I apologize if I ask something that might have already been discussed.

I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on keeping yourself accountable for keeping up on fitness. I have been trying to keep on top of hitting my treadmill regularly, and I can keep it going for several weeks before I get distracted and it falls out of routine. I am way too easy to distract, I work out at home and don't want to join a gym, I really don't have time to, plus leave the house ew..😋 I am just not strong enough keep myself in line.

Any suggestions to keep my wayward self on track? I really need a monkey with a stick to keep me in line..
