Please GGG.. if you already haven’t made these as runes, please consider this.
There is a rune that transforms weapon elemental into a particular element damage type. To me that seems niche but we will see.
However, one that in my mind sounds great, is 6 runes to run the whole gambit, and even has abyss variants for chaos as potential interconnected loot is..
“Cold resistances on armour transform into Lightning resistances.”
6 runes all cycling around this transformation will ensure that gear with an elemental resistance roll that is not the element you need can transform that resistance into one you need at the cost of a rune slot. Early, mid game will take this rune and allow the player to choose, and the in between far more palatable and less feast or famine when it comes to gearing your character.
