People joining marathons with only 1 month of training and using Chatgpt as their coach.
So my algorithm in Threads brought me to someone with a huge following that's training for Manila marathon who just started training 4 days ago and looks at AI as her running coach.
Hindi ba siya alarming? Like yes, I know some people have been using AI as their coach in running, multisport, and other disciplines pero why train with only a month when you can have done it earlier?
Tapos when people try to call her out and being concerned, she'll just use the "this is my journey" and especially "God will guide me through this" and she will only reply to people with "God Bless.".
This ain't gatekeeping, pero I guess people don't respect the distance.
