Can someone help me id the gear hes wearing the helmet etc and accesories this guy has on his vest? ( also the panels on his thighs )

Also i would be really thankful if someone could send me some ref pics in that style :) ( preferably not multicam being the main camo )

Im considering trying to make more modern kit i know these pieces are expensive as hell if i will do kit like this im going to try to collect the pieces to the end of this year
