Gaming laptop. I heavily suspect that both of 3,5 mm ports are physically faulty, USB ports work just fine (slight issues with disconnecting if device is not plugged in under perfect angle but that's kinda normal really). Removed lid to check if maybe they're just unplugged to find out that on laptops they are built into the board...
