Wondering how people get Apple purchases refunded. Can someone DM me on what the method is? I have a hunch but want to confirm it. Thank you

I’ve had an Hotmail account for the last 15 years and all my inbox mail was there up until recently. Couple months ago the inbox would only go back to April 2025, now it only goes back to Sept 2025, but my sent box goes all the way back. I have only used 8% storage. I’ve set my inbox synced to unlimited but only goes back until sept 2025. Has this happened to anyone? What can I do to get my old inbox mail back?? I’ve even tried filtering to previous years but nothing shows up. How did this just happen without me doing anything?
