Quick question about pre-spend for a MK & timeline.

I’ve been working with the same SA for just less than a year. My first QB was last fall - it was a K28. Then in January a B25. (For each bag I believe my pre-spend was a bit less than 2:1 which is great).
In January I told her I wanted a MK & she said that they are harder to find & it might not be until the summer.
I haven’t kept close track of my spending this year & have found a bunch of items that I liked. I just realized my current pre spend at 39k (or it’s at 35k if you don’t count the money I spent during the appt that I got the Birkin in January).
I was last there a couple weeks ago & bought a jacket that is reserved but hasn’t arrived to the store yet. We didn’t talk about QBs during that appointment at all.
Given that my spend is over 3:1 - how should I handle the situation? Should I hold off on all spending until receiving next QB?
Should I mention QB desire over text or in person? Do SAs always try to space out QB offers by 6mos or so?
I’m still new to this & would appreciate any tips / advice on what’s normal & how to handle the QB conversation.
My SA is very kind & has tons of experience - but I think she knows that I’m a pushover 😂 & I just don’t want to get into a cycle of overspending for QBs.
