Hi everyone, I tested several BOOX devices in a store today and found something strange.
On the BOOX Go 10.3 Gen 2 Lumi, I could not play videos on Bilibili or my online lecture website (they would not load or play).
However, on the regular Go 10.3 Gen 2 and the Note Air 5C, those same websites/videos worked normally.
I also had the same issue with Shopee and Dcard on the Lumi. Those sites would not load on the Lumi, but worked fine on the NA5C. (I didn’t have time to test Shopee/Dcard on the regular Go 10.3.)
Since the Go 10.3 Gen 2 and Go 10.3 Gen 2 Lumi should have very similar specs, I’m wondering:
Has anyone experienced certain websites or video platforms not working only on the Lumi version?
Could this be a demo unit issue (old firmware, browser settings, store Wi-Fi, etc.)?
Which feels faster in real use: Lumi, regular Go 10.3, or Note Air 5C?
If I open multiple tabs or use split screen, do the Go 10.3 or Lumi slow down noticeably?
Any real user experience would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
