lots of negative posts lately, with all the strikes etcetera.

Flew DUS-MUC-CLT today in economy with my family.

Also today is our daughter's birthday, no less than 16 candles!!

Much to our surprise on both flights cabin crew congratulated her, gave her gifts, and cakes not just once but twice on each flight!

Very thoughfull and memorable. Kudos to the crew!!

And besides that, we enjoyed today s flights very much.

Food, entertainment, comfort and punctuality were top notch.
