How do you know that my yearly bonus arrived

Hey.

So I bought this dress for a wedding. It's very pretty, unfortunately it's too short, and I'm not the biggest fan of rh2 the way it fits at my hips. I have violin hips with a big dip so I do better with a line skirts than column. Unfortunately it was second hand, so I can't buy two and cannibalize one for fabric. What can I do here to make it longer and or wider and or just look better in general
