Symptoms at 30?

I'm really worried I have dementia at the age of 30.

Since early last year my cognitive abilities have been getting worse, the most obvious one is aphasia I forget words/have to replace them with something else in conversation all the time or take huge pauses to search for them which is really unlike me, English was always my best subject and now I'm making spelling mistakes every time I type and heavily relying on autocorrect, I've also continuously typed phonetically (one as won) or replaced words (calendar/calculator is a recurring one)

This is alongside worsening memory, vivid dreams which I can't tell from my own memories at times and moving/shouting in my sleep

My body is stiff and my gait has changed completely to the point where I'm almost tripping over, I've seen some neurologists who aren't particularly worried but I don't want to be written off because the symptoms are very real :(
