I don't know where to start..

I'm not very good at tech stuffs, so I needed detailed guidance..

I bought a microphone (TNW-K18) and earphone with mic and tested both on my PC; both giving me the same result as stated on the title.

When I tested my mic on discord, and say something like "Hello, Yuki." I can hear the "Hello" part but the "Yuki" part doesn't get properly picked up by the microphone (only a faint sound of -ki at the end).

Weirdly enough when I bursted out a small giggle, the microphone picked it up and it was TOO LOUD.

....help. 😞
