So I've had a flare up for about 6 weeks and was on doxy 2 years ago for it but really didn't want to do that again as I want to try for another baby soon.

I came across sulphur soap and it definitely seems to have got rid of the bumps and itching - especially around my nose.

I feel like I might have overused and dried my skin out. It's not that bad in the picture but it gets redder during the day and it's like risen patches of red dry skin. I've been using avene cicalplast in the evening but I'm not sure if it's doing much. I did use it again this evening as I've had a breakout from wearing makeup.

I don't know if I should continue to use the soap and just try and heal but I'm afraid it will come back.

If anyone has any tips please share <3

I've had it once before and ended up being given steroids and then antibiotics because it went crazy when I stopped them.

It's back and wasn't too bad but I saw online that Calendula cream is good for it. Im not based in the US and it's hard to get the one everyone has on Tiktok so I got this once but I feel like it's made it worse. I don't know if it'll get worse before a better situation but I feel like it's just getting worse.

Please help
