hello! i plan on sending stuff from japan to where i live in romania currently using dhl and the service i use is registered in the ioss. does anyone know if i have to have a registered eori number even if the vat is prepaid and the items cost lower than 150 euros? i heard dhl might still need a registered eori number and make a formal declaration. i searched it up but couldn't be sure so sorry if it's too unrelated
