So are the Spearhead "armies" just the ones that come in the Spearhead boxes or starter sets like Cities of Ash or do they release lists elsewhere of other factions that don't have a box? Where is the Jaws of Mork, objectively the best faction the game, Spearhead list?

But seriously I remember when it was first brought it seemed like there would be a supplement book every so often with more Spearhead lists but it looks like that kind of thing has never happened, but I also know I don't follow it closely enough that I might be missing something.
