On May 6th after 4 years of using Vivid money, they blocked my account and scheduled it for termination.
I have a significant amount of funds locked up.

Their termination email says they are withholding my funds for 28 days then they (if applicable) will tell me how to get my money back.

I tried contacting the BaFin (de) and CSSF (lu) and no useful advice other than getting a lawyer.

Upon searching a lot of people had the same situation before and I myself know about 20 others who had this in the past 2 days.

Any advice on how to deal with this as I really have no clue on what should be done.
