I am having a hard time finding a company to sponsor me to apply for 482 while I am offshore, any tips?

If anyone has successfully done that, please share your occupation.

My occupation? That's the hardest question ever :)

I have a Bcs degree in Automotive Engineering, been working in supply chain (procurement) for cosmetics company for the past 2 years and currently starting a job as R&D Engineer for home appliances company.

Any advise will be highly appreciated
