this piece broke off my rv’s outdoor shower faucet. its a Fontana Faucet Vacuum Breaker Seal Collar. Everywhere i look they are out of stock or i have to buy the entire assembly. Question, can i just rig something up from my local hardware store and does this really need a vacuum breaker. The broken piece hooks up to a shower hose.

Maytag washer MTW5770TQO. my washing machine was making this horrible metal on metal sound on spin cycle. I now see that the spring from the wash drive shaft is rubbing on top of the clutch. I replaced both of these about a month ago, is it possible i missed a step what caused the assembly to fall i thought i seated it well. also would it be best to buy a new spring and clutch to be safe?
My washing machine makes a loud grinding, squeaking noise on the spin cycle. I have replaced the clutch assembly, suspension springs, washer drive block, transmission, wash basket drive. Could it be that one of the items i replaced was defective. Dont want to buy another machine. This one works great and only issue it that loud noise.
