Hello fellow Dyson enjoyers and PH01 veterans,
I've now gone through quite a few videos and posts and have had my PH01 for over 5 yrs now. It just recently had an issue with the unit not recognizing the tank anymore. Apparently a known issue with the (humidifier/control-?) board and so I had one of the TPL7407LAPWR chips replaced, et voila - it was recognizingthe tank again, prompting me for a deep clean. I did that deep clean, no issues, water was pumping just fine. Now after this is complete, the app as well as the unit's display is giving me the info that the pump is faulty... Still, I just tried running another deep clean cycle, which worked just fine, had water pumping, hearing the pump work.
Now does anyone know what I could do to fix that? The pump mustn't be broken, because then the deep clean would not be working, am i right? Is it possible, that something else on the board is now defunct and that is why the pump is not working normally anymore?
Maybe someone of you already experienced this status, or has any idea, while I'm looking for another new pump... However I'm afraid that another pump will not fix the issue, since the one I have seems to be kinda okay...?
