Looking for Help Wheel Overrides Mouse

Using a windows PC, Simagic base and wheel. When in game, the mouse does not work in the menu if the wheel is on. If I turn the wheel off the mouse appears and works. When the wheel is plugged in my enter key on my keyboard does not work. I cannot assign anything or even more through the menu with the wheel plugged in. All the letter designations to navigate menu items are all assigned "y" with the wheel plugged in, only left/right/up/down works with the wheel plugged in. I've been struggling with this since WF2 came out. Reinstalled the game, updated simagic software and firmware. Tried different USB ports, with and without a USB hub. Nothing I do allows the wheel to work at the same time as the mouse. I keep coming back hoping its an update issue but it seems everyone else is not running into this issue.

I'm losing my mind here. Any ideas?

Well I did a stoopid thing and installed a tail tide on an adventure bike. Proceeded to ride through single track mud, almost dropped it a few times. Got home, washed it and realized I sprayed water and mud all up inside under my seat. Awesome. Tusk tail tidy leaves the big rear holes exposed, no bueno. Would not recommend. Also would not recommend a tail tidy on an adventure bike. Did I mention that? But it looks good! Im usually a function over form guy.

I 3d printed a huge tpu gasket that fits nicely, covers all the holes and looks to be sealed up pretty good now.

The trifold tool bag is Kriega tool roll. Had to cut a little plastic on the side by the tow strap. Its snug but fits perfectly. Can't fill it too full but I've got way more than the stock tool kit so I'm happy with it.

That was my day!
