Anyone have a source for the correct 3 prong flash hider as used on the xm16e1?

They must come from one manufacturer as everyone is out of stock.

I was wondering, with all the parts swapping and builds with the retro rifles, are you guys checking the headspace on your builds or is it not as critical on these as say a M1 Garand?

59m. I worked for WM for almost 15 years starting in the dairy department as a stocker, then over to Automotive as Dept. Manager for about 6 years before moving to Sporting Goods as Dept. Manager where I finished out my time.

When i left I was making $19.00 an hr. I left in 2012

It seems like everything has changed.

Am I understanding correctly:

1. Stocking is timed now?

2. communication is thru your personal cellphone?

3. Assistant and Co managers are gone ?

4. No more Dept. Managers ?

5. Your availability isn't respected by whoever makes the schedule now ??

It seems like you guys are micro managed both physically and electronically?

Ive been thinking about trying to come back full time again.

At 59 i can't drive at night due to vision issues. Would this prevent me from working there due to not having open availability?

What would be a good position for me?

I left due to a new job offering higher starting pay and now live to far from the company i switched too to make it cost effective to make the drive.

How do you get change out of a coinstar machine to make a cornstarch find ?

There's no instructions on the machine.
